NDAA and BlueUAS Compliance Statement​

The Ewing Aerospace 80A 4-in-1 ESC is designed, manufactured, and supplied in compliance with applicable provisions of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), including Section 889.

The Ewing Aerospace 80A 4-in-1 ESC is also BlueUAS Cleared and listed on the BlueUAS Framework by both DIU and DCMA.​

Section 889 (a)(1)(A) & (B) Compliance​

Ewing Aerospace certifies that the Ewing 80A ESC:

  • Does not contain covered telecommunications equipment
  • Is not produced using prohibited telecom services
  • Contains no components, firmware, or services from restricted entities, including:
    • Huawei
    • ZTE
    • Hikvision
    • Dahua
    • Hytera

Supply Chain and Manufacturing Controls​

  • Designed and engineered in the United States
  • Final assembly, programming, and test performed in Ashland, Ohio
  • Component traceability and supplier vetting enforced
  • No restricted-origin RF or networking silicon used

Software and Firmware​

  • No proprietary cloud dependencies
  • No remote telemetry backhaul
  • Fully local configuration and operation
